Exercise 5: Burpees

Fitness in just 15 minutes a Day..
Burpees:
Burpees are an exceptional exercise for overall body conditioning and are a reasonably efficient aerobic exercise as well - this exercise helps your breathing, muscular co-ordination, endurance, and also enhances the flexibility of the spine. Burpees also exercise several muscle groups in the body, including the legs and the back. Burpees are executed as shown below..
Step 1:
From a standing position, go down into a crouch with your hands on the floor, as shown in the images below..

Step 2:
Then, (with the weight on your hands and arms) shoot your legs backwards to the position below..

Step 3:
Now, again placing the weight on your hands and arms, return your legs to the crouch position, as shown in the first image below.. Then simply stand up.

This is a 'burpee' - Count this as one repetition.
Number of times to do this Exercise:
For already fit people who just want to maintain their fitness ('Level 1'): 30 repetitions continuously. Try to improve to 60.
For people trying to get in condition ('Level 2'): 15 repetitions continuously. Try to improve to 30 repetitions continuously - that is, try to improve to 'Level 1' fitness..
For people who are out of training ('Level 3'): 5 repetitions. Try to improve to 15 continuously - that is, try to improve to 'Level 2' fitness...
