  The various guided meditation techniques covered here include, besides basic meditation technique, zen meditation, breathing exercises and breathing techniques; and training in anger management, stress relief and controlling your fears. There will soon be articles here on yoga meditation and a zen walking meditation as well.

  The meditations you will find in this section are both simple to perform and effective. Of course there are more complex meditation techniques known to us, but those require far more control, time and patience from the person doing the meditation. As this site has been put up basically to help the most people possible, we have included meditation techniques here that while highly effective, are nevertheless still EASY TO DO.

  Do these meditations daily and you will develop a calm, untroubled mind, one not touched by the worries and stress of everyday life.

Indeed, meditating is a lot like lifting weight - as you don't start out by lifting 500 pounds, similarly, one does not start out with the hardest meditations.

One begins with simple ones, and you progress naturally as your ability to concentrate and focus improves. Then meditating becomes easy, naturally.

Why scale a cliff if there are steps cut into the side of the mountain? :)
