How to wake up and get yourself out of bed on mornings when it isn't easy...

Ever experienced one of those mornings after a late night when you just have to wake up, and the alarm goes off and you just can't seem to find the will to get out of bed? Well, here's a fun and easy way you can use to help you wake up - fresh and alert, made for just such times.. Try these simple steps to get rid of sleep and exhaustion.
Procedure:
-
When
you come slightly awake, start wiggling the toes of your left foot. Then
open and close the fingers of your right hand a few times. - Then wiggle the toes of your right foot. Then open and close the fingers of your left hand a few times.
- Now wiggle the toes of your left foot and open and close the fingers of your right hand at the same time.
- Then wiggle the toes of your right foot and open and close the fingers of your left hand at the same time.
- Do this (moving the alternate hand and foot) several times.
What you're really doing here is activating the motor-control centers of your brain. At the end of this little exercise, you will find your mind awake and alert, and you will be able to get out of bed.
