Is anger ever good? How to use your emotions to better yourself..

Anger is generally considered a bad thing in 'civilized' societies, but what many people fail to recognize is that anger is an emotion developed over millennia - and it is a defense mechanism that MUST NOT always be ignored.. If you're feeling angry or frustrated, it can sometimes mean you're being imposed upon by someone, or not getting a 'fair deal'.
Anger can guide you to the realization that your life may not be exactly on the path YOU would choose...
What is greatness?? Does everyone have the potential to be great?

A timeless question..
What is greatness? Is it achievement - or fame? The things one has done, or left undone? Can it be so simple?
Is greatness the desire to create - to create beauty, and to discover new knowledge - is this greatness? Perhaps.
Or perhaps true greatness is simply having the courage to dream one's own personal dream - perhaps an impossible one that one shall never attain - but still a dream dreamed with courage, and a dream that one attempts to bring to reality, no matter how likely one is to fail.
Physical Fitness: A Radical new approach...

Well, actually I'm just kidding in the title. This approach isn't radical, it's as old as the hills, and absolutely dependable.
I've been a fitness instructor for some years and I've seen a good many fitness fads come and go - lets not talk about all the ways various fitness or weight loss gurus promise to give you optimal fitness or to help you lose weight the 'easy' way.
And let's not even think about machines that you strap on and which are supposed to exercise FOR you while you just lie down on a couch.
The Beginning..

Hi everyone, I'm Alexander - martial artist, fitness trainer, artist, adventurer.. and I have quite a few other skills as well. But this first entry isn't about me.. it's about Wellness Positive, this site, which a close friend of mine and I have started together..
So what IS Wellness Positive about. Well, that's pretty much summed up on the home page, so here I'll only talk about my personal reasons for setting it up...
