Physical Fitness: A Radical new approach...

Well, actually I'm just kidding in the title. This approach isn't radical, it's as old as the hills, and absolutely dependable.

I've been a fitness instructor for some years and I've seen a good many fitness fads come and go - lets not talk about all the ways various fitness or weight loss gurus promise to give you optimal fitness or to help you lose weight the 'easy' way.

And let's not even think about machines that you strap on and which are supposed to exercise FOR you while you just lie down on a couch.

It's time people stopped buying into fads and recognised the ageless truth. There's a very simple, very dependable, very honest way to being fit and healthy and losing weight - and that way is simply, regular exercise.

Yes, it's that simple. You can start with something as simple as the 'Fitness in 15 minutes a Day' routine in the Physical Fitness section, right on this site. Fifteen minutes isn't much to ask for, and the results will be extremely beneficial. You can move on to more advance routines, or if your area of interest is weight loss, there's a whole section on that.

The bottom line is this - if you want to be fit, or lose weight, you're going to have to put out SOME effort. It's that simple. A little honest sweat can get you the results you want. It doesn't have to be much exercise, but it has to be REGULAR. And if you do this, you won't need to buy into some expensive 'effortless' fitness routine. Because there ARE NO 'effortless' fitness routines.

Be dedicated, train regularly, be healthy. It is WORTH the effort..
Take care, all.
