INTRODUCTION:
This Self Defense section deals with teaching you the basics of Combat - to use simple Weapons and to train physically for a hostile situation.
Important: You MUST read the section on 'Dealing with fear in Combat' before you study this, as training the mind for a hostile situation is at least as important as training the body.
If you've already read that first section, we will now focus on training you physically for a hostile situation. Here we will teach you the basics of effective fighting (AND the basics of effective fleeing as well). We are also going to teach you about how to use several ordinary items as deadly and highly effective concealed weapons.
There are several other lessons that we will teach here as well, but rather than merely list them, let us save time, and begin your training...
