This is a training program that will help you walk safe, and find your way out of a hostile situation if one should arise..
The average human is rarely fully prepared, mentally and physically, for a hostile, violent situation - a situation in which he (or she) is threatened or attacked by between one to several attackers.
The tendency in an untrained person, in such a situation, is to 'freeze', illogically perhaps hoping that the situation will 'go away' somehow. Perhaps part of this 'freezing' is simply because the person's mind and body are just not trained to make a way out of a hostile situation.
We will attempt, in these lessons, to train your mind so that you act (and
act correctly) in a hostile situation. We will also teach you techniques that
will enable you to fight your way out of a bad situation, if that is necessary. 
Remember, there are those who are predators, and there those who are prey.
