Using Medium range Weapons to deal with a Hostile Situation.

This Self Defense section will teach you to use some effective medium range weapons to deal with hostile situations.

Once you've worked on the basics, you can move on to this section, which will tell you how to make (and use) some effective medium range weapons.

Now, your medium range weapon can be any one of three, and you can choose:
- Either a woman's leather handbag (or any strong bag with a strong strap), with a 5 pound weight in it;
- Or a knapsack with a one and a half foot long steel bar/metal pipe in it;
- Or a brief case with steel corners.

You should practice with the weapon of your choice against a punching bag, at least twice a week, with at least 20 repetitions of each attack with each hand of all the possible strikes with that weapon.
