Eat several small meals through the day to boost your metabolism

  Now, one of the easiest ways to lose weight is to boost or speed up your body's metabolism. This isn't really that hard to do. One way to speed up or boost metabolism is by keeping your digestive processes active throughout the day by eating several small meals instead of one or two large ones. Eat small meals (as small as an apple or a sandwich) six times a day, instead of one or two large ones.

  These small meals will keep your digestion active and will help raise your metabolism - your higher metabolism will result in higher 'fuel burn, and thus, quicker weight loss.

  WATCH YOUR INTAKE, though - BE CAREFUL that the total intake of your small meals doesn't exceed what you used to eat before.

  Also, be careful to take in enough nourishing food to 'keep you going'.

  Try your best not to have 'tasty' foods conveniently 'at hand' - try not to keep tasty foods anywhere within easy reach. This may not be easy to do at first, but if you remove the temptation you cannot be tempted..
