Take up a hobby that interests you intensely!!

  It's strange, isn't it, but this can actually help you lose weight!! This should be an integral part of any good weight loss program.

  Take up something you've always wanted to do, and keep at it - it can be anything - art, writing, music - even pottery. Anything that deeply interests you will enhance your mind and.. help you stay slim!

  Take up a hobby that interests you so much that you become engrossed in it, so that you would rather work at it than eat - so that food becomes a minor interest in your life.
