High Kicks and Running - Days 4, 5 and the week-end!

The Faster Road to Weight-loss.. A Day-to-Day Training Routine that WILL give results!!


Your routine for Day 4: Kick!

  Look at the three pictures below showing a simple kick (known in Japanese as the Haisoku Kingeri, and in plain English as a flip kick). The three steps to executing this kick are shown below...

Step 1:

 

Kicks burn immense energy as they use the largest muscles of the body...

Step 2: Raise the knee of the kicking leg..

 

Step 3: Kick straight out as shown below.. DON'T put too much force into this, or you will damage your knee. Kick lightly.

  This kick is very simple - you just raise your knee and kick out, forwards.

  Start with 20 repetitions with each leg, increase to 50, go on to 100. When you can do 100 repetitions with each leg, raise the height that you kick to. At the moment you're kicking to waist level - when this becomes too easy, raise the knee higher in Step 2 and try to kick near head height in Step 3.

  Aim for at least 100 high-kicks with each leg.

 


 

Your routine for Day 5: Run.. again - The same schedule as on Day 3.

  Run flat footed for ten minutes, then sprint for two to five minutes. Then walk for five minutes.

  Consider this one 'set'. Do at least two of these 'sets' on this day of your training regime - aim to increase that to at least four 'sets'

  Start with half an hour of running this way - Aim for at least one hour.




Weekends: You can take a break on weekends, if you wish..

  That's it - this is your schedule for the week - repeat it week by week and day by day, and watch that excess weight burn off. This weight loss program works - you can rely on it as you would rely on the rising of the sun or the tides. It's no 'magic' routine that promises you the world and asks nothing from you. This routine demands dedication, will & perseverance - but it WILL give results, BECAUSE it asks that price. It is because it requires effort from you that it can guarantee results.

  Nothing comes for free - anyone who tries to tell you that you can lose weight permanently without the slightest effort, by using some pill, some 'expert diet' or some 'wonder machine' is a fake, a liar and a fraud.

  Work out, and win your weight loss with honest sweat - and you will win more than mere weight loss.. you will rise to the domain of the extremely fit and healthy.
